A virtual panorama is a single 360 degree image which captures a single scene.
A virtual tour is a collection of multiple panoramas that you can navigate between. Navigation is done through links, hotspots, a floor plan or map.
A hot spot is a link embedded into a virtual panorama which floats over specific parts of the image to give visual clues to navigation between multiple panoramas.
A modern browser, that’s all. Flash is used unless this is not available in which case the tour will fall back to an html5 version. Tours are viewable on computers, tablets and smart phones.
You should start to see a partial load almost immediately and it should take around 30 seconds to fully download a panorama on a standard broadband connection.
Interactive features can include: Sound, hotspots, maps and embedded graphics.
